Reservations are confirmed upon full payment at time of booking. Rates are $200 per night. A pet fee of $50 applies per stay if a pet is brought on the property. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 12:00 PM (noon). Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability. Guests who do not vacate by check-out time may be charged an additional night.
Cancellations made 7 or more days before check-in will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of check-in are non-refundable. No-shows are non-refundable. To cancel, contact us at denalioperations@gmail.com.
Guests are expected to be respectful of fellow guests and the surrounding community. Excessive noise, disruptive behavior, or damage to property may result in immediate removal without refund. Please be kind — this is a shared community space.
Pets are welcome with prior notice and payment of the $50 pet fee. Guests are responsible for their pets at all times. Pets must not be left unattended in the unit. Any damage caused by pets is the guest's responsibility.
The outdoor kitchen, fire pit, and laundry area are shared community spaces. Guests are expected to leave these areas clean and in good condition. Respect quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
Guests are responsible for any damage to the unit or property during their stay. Denali Tiny House is not liable for theft, loss, or damage to guests' personal belongings. Guests stay at their own risk. The property includes free-roaming animals — please interact with them responsibly.
WiFi is provided as a courtesy. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Internet usage must comply with all applicable laws.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all units. Smoking is permitted outdoors only. A cleaning fee of $150 will be charged for any unit found to have been smoked in.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alaska. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Alaska.
